Erin has been practicing massage since 2012 and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. She is trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage techniques, active neuromuscular release, PNF, cupping, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations and visceral manipulation.
